Upward Bound Tutoring
One of Upward Bound’s prime objectives is offering tutoring services to support our students. Upward Bound hires current University of Utah students from a variety of backgrounds, to mentor/tutor in a variety of subjects. During tutoring sessions, we encourage students to bring their homework, late work, and missing assignments. Tutoring takes place once a week at all Upward Bound High schools. If you are interested in Upward Bound please feel free to come during tutoring hours to talk with an Upward Bound staff member.

Upward Bound also offers Tutoring on Saturdays at the University of Utah. Furthermore, we often plan fieldtrips and workshops on Saturdays. If an event or activity is taking place during a Saturday, tutoring will happen during the first hour before the activity.
