Upward Bound is a college preparation program for high school students who come from low-income households, are potential first generation college students, or have a disability. We help students succeed in high school and prepare for college to set them up for a successful future.

On February 24, 1986, a congressional resolution declared that Saturday, February 28, 1986 will be designated as “National TRIO Day.” Every year since then, our community has reserved the fourth Saturday in February as National TRIO Day—an opportunity to focus the nation’s attention on disadvantaged young people and the support they need for success.

Happy New Year Upward Bound! We hope you are enjoying the last few days of your winter break. Reminder that tutoring resumes on Monday, January 8th. As we jump back in, we will be working with our seniors to complete their FAFSA in preparation for our workshop on the 20th.
